| Ephesians 6:11 - Put on the whole armour of God, that
ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
Did you notice this part is your Job? Paul in Romans 13:12 tells us to put on the the Armour of light. We dress ourselves in our earthly
clothes, yet when it is time to dress in the spiritual we want someone
else to do it for us. God dress me, preacher dress me, teacher dress
me,
Every person has a different battle to fight so your armor has to fit perfectly! 2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. That's how we put it on. Pray and Study. The enemies favorite wiles are
words from family and friends! He can twist them so good you won't
even recognize them!

Ephesians 6:12 - For we wrestle not against flesh and
blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of
the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. This is what makes the battle so hard, we don't always know what we are fighting because we can't always recognize it. Matthew 10:28 - And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. We think of high places as government, but a high place is anyplace we look up to. Parents, jobs, family, friends, you are a high place for someone - - and spiritual wickedness could be as simple as your friend having a real bad day and saying something hurtful! Remember the wiles! Anything
to get you to doubt!

| Ephesians 6:13 - Wherefore take unto you the whole
armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having
done all, to stand.
As in our natural life we dress every day, so must we put on our armor every day! Sometimes we have to do the hard part. Just do nothing but trust. |

| Ephesians 6:14 - 18
Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; |
