Listen to what comes out! Do we ever really hear what we say?    

There is a song that says "Do you hear what I hear?" (I know it's a Christmas one, but the words fit.)

Are we so busy talking we don't even hear what we say?

Do we expect people to listen to "What we mean, not what we say?

Foul language What is it really saying?  Break it down and see.

Compliments or Put downs One makes us feel good the other makes us feel bad. Even in joking can hurt feelings.

Positive talker or Negative talker Which would we rather spend a day with?

What we say is contagious! So the choice is Ours!

~ A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.  Luke 6:45
