The Storm
Sometimes He calms the storm
The disciples were in the boat, a storm came up,
Jesus spoke "Peace, be still" and it was over!
And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said
unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great
calm. Mark 4:39
Sometimes He Calms His child
Paul was on his way to Rome as a prisoner, they
were in a storm and on the 14th day, God spoke peace to Paul.
The boat was broken in pieces, but all were safe!
And now I exhort you to be of good cheer:
for there shall be no loss of any man's life among you, but of the ship.
Acts 27:22
God's
Riches
At
Christ's
Expense
We may not be able to get out of the storm, so
accept the Grace of God, and let Him calm the child.
It's hard to save a person in the water who is
fighting.
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto
you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled,
neither let it be afraid. John 14:27
Climb up in the the Father's lap and rest!
