Take Control!

Way to resist him:

Refuse to think on the thoughts he puts in our mind.

Put on a smile whether we feel like it or not.

No matter what the situation, look for something good in it.

Don't feed our mind fear

Sing praises

Music soothes
Easier said than done,
but if it doesn't fit in this category refuse to
think about it,
by purposely thinking of something else.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things
are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever
things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any
virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians
4:8
We can't stop the birds (thoughts) from flying over
but we can stop them from building nests.
