Our Battleground
For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
2 Corinthians 10:3
Even though we live in our earthly bodies, that's
not where the war is.

Our Mind is the battleground.
|
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God
to the pulling down of strong holds;) 2 Corinthians 10:4 (are not
carnal means we can't see them)

The strong holds are our worries.
|
|
Our weapons are Faith & Trust in God.
|
That's the easy part! Now the hard part!
|

Bringing our thoughts under control.
|
|
|
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself
against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought
to the obedience of Christ; 2 Corinthians 10:5

This is the way we are supposed
to think:

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are
honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever
things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any
virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Philippians
4:8

If our thoughts do not line
up we need to work on them.
|
Someone said if we are thinking the wrong thoughts "Stop it! Think of something
else." It's not always that easy. So someone else had a plan to help
us rethink. Take a piece of paper write down the thought, then
after it list all the truths. One time won't do it we have to do
it until we believe it.

Other people like me, they think I'm good enough.

I've done my best, that's all God expects.

Even if it wasn't my best God will use it for His best.

I'm made in the likeness and image of God, so He thinks I'm good enough.

God and friends do not judge me on my faults, they love me, yep, good enough.

I was put in this place for this time, God has a plan only I can fulfill.

That makes me perfect for this space.

I am exactly who God made me!

I am good enough!
