He's only making noise!

 

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour

Have you ever heard of a lion roaring while looking for prey?

No, they sneak up in the tall grass and pounce.

The devil as roaring lion is only looking for dead prey,

or trying to scare us to death, so he can devour us.

So if he is roaring he is just trying to cause fear!

Since we are the child of the King when we look in the mirror this is what we should see.

So Roar back at the devil and he will go running,  he'll think he is the kitty.

We have the Power of God behind us.
