I Am Perfect!

Now Imagine that! It came from the Dictionary!

Lacking nothing essential to the whole; complete of its nature or kind.

We are perfect! We lack nothing essential to fill our place.

So what if we have a few flaws.

Nothing is lacking so we are perfect!

Being without defect or blemish: a perfect specimen.

When our babies were born we thought they were perfect.

So since when does looks count?

And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8

Thoroughly skilled or talented in a certain field or area; proficient.

Not in every field, in a certain field! All we have to give is our best!

Completely suited for a particular purpose or situation.

I can't fill your spot and you can't fill mine. That makes us perfect for our situation!

God called King David a man after mine own heart.

And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will. Acts 13:22

David did some wrong things, but he was quick to repent, and took responsibility for his actions.

That means we can quit beating ourselves up if we think we are not right! WE ARE PERFECT!
