Fear Not!

Who? Me?

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. Exodus 14:13

no place to go, and God says don't be afraid!

Our first response is

"are you crazy? Just stand here? And wait to die?"

That must mean He has a plan,

but if He let's us in on it we'd try to help! (Oh then it would be a mess!)

So we have the hard job!

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. Psalms 46:10

After we go to God with our prayer we need to crawl up in His lap and stay real close and trust Him to do what is best!

It is amazing how often when we quit trying the answer comes.

But the real hard part is learning what times we need to press on and what times we need to rest in Him.

If there is something we can do, do it.

If not let God hold us.

So get as close to God as you can and you will get what you really want, not what you thought you wanted.
