JOY . . . JOY . . . JOY

Real joy comes from within! The circumstances of life should NOT control our JOY!

Joy comes from a made up mind! God said it, I believe it, that settles it!

Joy - noun  *~*~* A source or an object of pleasure or satisfaction: their pride and joy.

Jesus said: These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. John 15:11

~*~*~*~*~

Happy - Adjective *~*~* Enjoying, showing, or marked by pleasure, satisfaction, of joy.

Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God:  Psalms 146:5

   
 

So Joy is something we have, happiness is just letting others peek in at our Joy!

 
 

Oh wouldn't it be nice to be the person they say:

"Doesn't take much to make them happy!"

That would mean our Joy is easily expressed!

BUT: Sometimes Joy can only be seen as contentment!  With no external evidence.  Just happy to be who they are!  And everybody loves them!

 
 

So are we expressing JOY or GLOOM?
