Our Life - The Dash

My dad with me taken about 1965 1922 - 1999 We celebrate our birth and others mourn at our death. But the important part is the dash in the middle. We have no control over our birth, or our death. But we are responsible for the dash!    

God   First

We need to prioritize     Then our family, our  children, our health, and our friends;  if everything else was lost and only they remained,  our life would still be full.

 
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33    Then the other things that matter - like our job, our house, and our car.    

Then there is everything else -- the small stuff.   So often we use up our energy on the little things  and have none left for the big things.

For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.  1 Timothy 6:7-8      

How will our dash be remembered?
