Attitude of Our Heart

The story about the little boy that fixed his grandma a cup of coffee. It was the very worst coffee she had ever drank, and when she got to the bottom there was little green soldiers in it. When she asked about them, he replied, they say the best thing about waking up is soldiers in your cup.

Now that was a very pure attitude of Love.
So it is with God He knows our heart.
He Knows what our thoughts are.

For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. Hebrews 4:12

Sometimes we don't know how to pray, or what to pray for.
That's when we fall on our face and let out heart talk to God.

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.  Romans 8:26

Just snuggle up to God and say I love you. We know how we like that when someone we love does that. It will get us just about anything.

Sometimes God is just waiting for us to ask. To acknowledge that He is.

Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. Matthew 6:8
