But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and
thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. Isaiah 64:8
The Song says:
Have thine own way, Lord!
Have thine own way!
Thou art the potter; I am the clay
Melt me and mold me after thy will,
While I am waiting, yielded and still.
O

Are we saying:
I want my own way Lord!
I want it Now!
Thou are the giver, when I want.
Help me and bless me after MY will.
While I am waiting, asking, and expecting.
We have to be willing to let God have His way in
our life.
Sometimes we are made for a specific reason,
and
Sometimes for whatever the need might be.
It might look empty, but the Master will fill it
as needed.
We say: Have Thine Own Way Lord - But do we mean it?
