Rain - Rain - Rain

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:  Isaiah 55:10
Very few people actually like rain.
We think of rain as bad, but actually it's a good thing!
We need rain to make the trees grow.
We need rain to fill the lakes and rivers.
Then I will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit. Leviticus 26:4

My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; James 1:2

The enemy's favorite thing is to temp us to doubt God's grace and love.

A new thought (for me) count it joy,
because God is sending rain to water our soul.
It may be an irritant or even feel like disaster,
but it will water our soul and allow us to grow.

Without rain, life as we know it would cease to exist.
In our Spirit as well.
