Use What We Have

Do we use what we have or are we wanting something different?

Are we complaining about what we don't have, while overlooking what we do have?

In other words, grow where we are planted.

We need to do the best we can with what we have before wanting more.

His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. Matthew 25:21

Why would God Bless us with a better house or car or other thing, if we don't appreciate what we have?   Why would God give us wealth if we are not good stewards of what we have?

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Hebrews 13:5

It might not seem like it's what we want,
but if we use it God will bless it.

Whatever IT is!

We need to practice counting our blessings not our wants.
