Hanging on?
Maybe you should let go!




Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth,
give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.  John 14:27
The story goes something like this:  A man was walking along one night and fell over the cliff, on the way down he was caught on a branch.

He yells up for help, a voice answers and says, "Turn loose."  The man asks who is it? the voice answers, "God"  the man yells, "anybody else up there?"  He hung on all night, after a long night, exhausted from hanging on, daylight comes and he discovers he was only 6 inches from the ground.

How many things are we holding on to when turning loose would benefit us?



When Life gets bumpy remember this Promise!

If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?  Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion?
